Unlike version 3.x, which required placing DLL files in every game folder, version 4.10 uses the ViGEmBus driver to create a virtual Xbox 360 controller directly in Windows.

You no longer need to copy x360ce.exe into every game directory. You can keep one copy on your PC (e.g., in C:\Program Files\x360ce\ ) and it will work for all games while running in the background. X360ce 4.10
