Save the firmware file to the root of a FAT32 USB drive.

The TV will automatically switch off or restart once the process is finished. Do not power off or remove the USB during the update. Method 2: Forced Flash (For "Brick" Recovery) Use this if the board does not boot or is unresponsive.

Plug the USB drive into the USB 2.0 port on the side or rear of the control board.

This method is used when you can access the TV's On-Screen Display (OSD).

Before attempting a firmware upgrade, ensure you have the following ready: Must be formatted to FAT32 . Firmware File: Typically a .bin file (e.g., bin_v59.bin ).

Copy the correct .bin firmware file to the root directory of your FAT32-formatted USB stick. Do not place it inside any folders.

Disconnect the board from its power source completely.

The front LED indicator should begin to blink rapidly , indicating the flash is in progress. Release the button once blinking starts.
