Characters often start at Level 99 with maxed-out Life, Musou, and Attack gauges.

Navigate to PSP -> SAVEDATA on your memory stick.

Use a USB cable to connect your PSP to your computer, or insert your Memory Stick Pro Duo into a card reader.

All "4th Weapons" with optimized attributes and elements (like Lightning or Ice) are unlocked for each character.
