: Look for "Astra 4100" under "Other devices"—it will likely have a yellow exclamation mark. Update Driver : Right-click the device and select Update Driver Software . Choose "Browse my computer for driver software" .

: Click Yes on any warning message that appears. Method 2: Using XP Compatibility Mode

: Under "Manufacturer," select Microsoft and choose "USB scanner device" .

: Click Start , type "Device Manager" in the search bar, and select it.
